Prospective customers are more than welcomed to stop by and have a cup of coffee with us!

You should expect to receive your package within 3 to 4 weeks in Nairobi after we ship your package from our USA warehouse and 1 – 2 weeks from UK warehouse.

Once we receive your package at our Nairobi office, we will call or sms you informing you of the same.

Note: It is important to order goods for special occasions such as Christmas, Easter, Father’s Day or Mother’s Day, Weddings and Birthdays well ahead of time (At least 3 weeks earlier) this is because delays sometimes do occur as a result of uncontrollable circumstances such as flight delays, increased volumes (e.g. around the holidays) or inefficiencies at the port of entry or Acts of God.

Our rates are as follows:

From the US – $20/KG. Minimum Charge – $10 only

From the UK –> £10/KG + £35 (Customs Fee) for weights above 4KGs.

Below 4KGs, the rate is £15/KG with no customs fee. Minimum charge – £15 only.

Note: Your chargeable weight  will be the actual weight or dimensional/volumetric weight, whichever is higher as per air freight standards. Actual weight is the weight of the package when put on a scale while Dimensional/volumetric Weight is based on the size of the package.

We currently accept the following options: 

MPESA Till Number (Buy Goods and Services) – 207 348 or Bank Transfer or any other method indicated at the bottom of your invoice when we send it.

We STRICTLY do not accept CASH payments.

When your package is ready for collection, an invoice will be sent to your email. You can schedule to pick up from our Nairobi office (see directions) or we can deliver to your home or office at small fee. 

We offer next-day delivery outside Nairobi via courier services  (Wells Fargo or G4S only) at an extra affordable cost.

We will send you a quote with all the costs included within 24 hours. The quote price includes the product, the local shipping (if any) and our estimated shipping rate to Kenya.

On accepting the quote, we will send you an invoice and you can proceed to pay for your purchase via MPESA.

Well, most certainly not anything but we do deliver most goods or items classified as general cargo.

However, there are certain items that are either restricted or prohibited from air freight shipping due to their nature and local regulations, for example, flammable items like aerosols, perfumes, alcohol-based items, nail polish and gels, certain lithium-ion containing devices, live animals or plants, pornography etc.

Absolutely!

Safety of both our customers’ information and packages are of utmost importance to us. We have put in place secure processes and payment options to guarantee delivery* of every order or package.

*We offer free insurance cover of up to a declared value of $100 but we can help you get extra insurance cover for your package against damage or loss.
